CLINIC: Unfortunately, we don’t. We do them out of our Sarasota office.

CALLER: Oh. Well, do you have the number for that?

CLINIC: Sure. It’s 941-953-4060. And do you live in the St. Pete area?

CALLER: I live in Parish.

CLINIC: Okay. So we would give you a $50 travel discount.

CALLER: Okay.

CLINIC: So your fee– how many weeks are you? Do you know?

CALLER: I’m not sure. My last period was like the second week in December.

CLINIC: Okay. So your fee would be $325.

CALLER: Okay.

CLINIC: Which is pretty good. Do you have any questions I could help you with?

CALLER: Yeah. Well, my friend told me that you — since like I’ll be 14 in March that you guys have to tell my parents. But can I just have my boyfriend do it because he’s 22.

CLINIC: You don’t need parents. You don’t need your parents’ consent.

CALLER: Okay.

CLINIC: Yeah. That’s something that’s going in front of the legislatures, but it hasn’t passed yet, and it probably won’t pass for several months, so you’re okay.

CALLER: Okay. But you guys don’t have to tell anybody about my boyfriend or anything?

CLINIC: No, absolutely not. Strictly confidential.

CALLER: Okay.

CLINIC: Okay?

CALLER: Well do you guys — like if I come in for like a pregnancy test there, is there a way to get birth control like if I wasn’t pregnant?

CLINIC: Sure.

CALLER: And you guys wouldn’t have to tell anybody about that or anything?

CLINIC: Nope. Nope.

CALLER: Okay.

CLINIC: Again, that’s very — that’s all confidential.

CALLER: Okay.

CLINIC: Okay?

CALLER: Okay, thanks.
