CALLER: Yeah. I was wondering if you guys do abortions there?

CLINIC: Actually, we do not. We are not a provider. Can you hold on one second?

CALLER: Yeah.

CLINIC: You just need — the closest place you need to go is Toledo.

CALLER: Uh-huh.

CLINIC: And there are a number of different places in Toledo that provide the service.

CALLER: Do you have that phone number?

CLINIC: One place is called Center for Choice. Are you ready? I can give you the number.

CALLER: Yeah.

CLINIC: It’s 419-255-7769.

CALLER: Okay.

CLINIC: And there’s a couple other ones, but you just have to try the phone book.

CALLER: Okay. Well, do you know like — well, my friend told me that my parents have to sign something, but like my boyfriend’s 22. Could I have him do that?

CLINIC: You would have to call the clinic where you’re going to get it done. I’m not sure what their policies are.

CALLER: Okay. Do you know like if there’s a specific age for that? I’ll be 14 in March.

CLINIC: I don’t know.

CALLER: You don’t know?

CLINIC: Okay. I mean, it’s because we don’t perform them we don’t deal with that at all.

CALLER: Okay. Well, do you know if my parents have to know at all?

CLINIC: I have no idea.

CALLER: Okay. Well, do you guys do like the pregnancy tests there so I don’t have to —

CLINIC: Uh-huh.

CALLER: — drive all the way out there?

CLINIC: They do — they will require an ultrasound and a pregnancy test and that kind of thing, so the first thing you ought to do would be to call them and decide what clinic you’re going to do it at and then if there’s anything we could do for you then give us a call back.

CALLER: Well, is it okay to go to where you’re at because my friend told me to go there. So.

CLINIC: To go here for what?

CALLER: Like the pregnancy test.

CLINIC: I would call them first and see what they need because they might not accept it from us. You might have to do it there anyways.

CALLER: Oh.

CLINIC: You know what I’m saying?

CALLER: Well, do you guys do pregnancy tests at all?

CLINIC: Yes, we do.

CALLER: Oh. Could I just come there and get one just to make sure?

CLINIC: Sure.

CALLER: And see if I was pregnant or not?

CLINIC: Sure.

CALLER: Well, do you guys have to tell anybody if I’m there?

CLINIC: No. We are completely confidential. We won’t release any information about you without your written permission.

CALLER: Well, after the pregnancy, like if it was negative do you guys do birth control there?

CLINIC: Yes.

CALLER: Would you have to tell anybody if I’m on birth control?

CLINIC: No.

CALLER: Would it be all right if my boyfriend brings me?

CLINIC: He could come to the clinic, but you would be seen by the nurse by yourself.

CALLER: Okay. But it’s all right if he brings me? because I don’t know how else I would get there.

CLINIC: Yeah.

CALLER: Okay.

CLINIC: Okay, so if you want to do that you would just need to make an appointment. We see patients on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

CALLER: Okay.

CLINIC: Okay?

CALLER: I would just have to call him to see when he can get off work, but.

CLINIC: Okay.

CALLER: All right.

CLINIC: Thanks.

CALLER: Thanks.

CLINIC: Bye.
