CLINIC: Good morning, Planned Parenthood. This is Tammy.

CALLER: Hey. Did I just talk to you just a second ago?

CLINIC: What’s your name?

CALLER: Christine Smith.

CLINIC: Okay. Yes.

CALLER: Okay. Well, I asked my boyfriend about the phone number, but it’s his company’s cell phone. What other phone number could I give you?

CLINIC: Well, this is how this works. We would not call you unless we needed to reschedule you or give you information, confidential information. And we would not say it was Planned Parenthood. We would say, “This is Abby. Please have Christine call Abby when she gets in.” And that’s what we would say.

Now, I do want to explain. Do you have caller id?

CALLER: Yeah. And my mom is the one that always answers the phone. So even if she doesn’t answer it, she’ll see it on the caller id.

CLINIC: Okay.

CALLER: I’ll find something. Is it all right if I call you back with that?

CLINIC: Yes. Maybe an aunt or maybe a friend.

CALLER: I don’t know. I’ll figure out something.

CLINIC: Okay.

CALLER: So I’ll talk to you later.

CLINIC: Okay.

CALLER: Bye.

CLINIC: Bye bye.
