CALLER: Hi. Yeah. Well, do you guys do abortions there?

CLINIC: No, we don’t.

CALLER: No? Do you know of any place that I could talk to or call?

CLINIC: No. You can just look in the phone book. We don’t give that information over the phone though.

CALLER: Oh, okay. Is it all right if I ask you a question real quick?

CLINIC: We don’t give any information about abortion over the phone, at all.

CALLER: Oh, okay. Well, like, I’m just really worried. My friend told me that you guys have to tell my parents before I can have an abortion. Is that true?

CLINIC: We don’t do abortions, hon. You’d have to ask whoever you called. Okay?

CALLER: Oh. All right. Well, do you guys do like birth control there?

CLINIC: Yes, we do.

CALLER: Yeah? Do you have to tell my parents about that?

CLINIC: No.

CALLER: Okay. Well, do you have to be a certain age for that?

CLINIC: No.

CALLER: Because I’ll be 14 months in March. And that’s all right and everything?

CLINIC: Yes.

CALLER: And you guys wouldn’t tell my parents or anybody at all? Because my boyfriend’s 22, and we’re going to get married. But they don’t like him because they think he’s too old for me.

CLINIC: Well, he probably is. But we don’t do that here. You can come in. You can go on birth control. But we don’t do the termination, so you’d have to do that on your own.

CALLER: Oh, all right. But if I was doing birth control, you wouldn’t have to tell anybody?

CLINIC: No. You called yesterday in Camden. I talked to you yesterday.

CALLER: Oh, okay. I’m sorry.

CLINIC: Everything is confidential at Planned Parenthood.

CALLER: All right.

CLINIC: Okay?

CALLER: Okay.

CLINIC: All right. Bye bye.
