CLINIC: I don’t know. I doubt it very much. But you want to make an appointment, or no?

CALLER: Well, I’d have to call my boyfriend to see when he can get off work. That’s why I’m asking.

CALLER: Well, if it ended up that I wasn’t pregnant, could I get birth control there?

CLINIC: Sure. That’s not a problem, whenever you’re ready to make this appointment. I’m just letting you know so you’re not caught off guard when they ask you that.

CALLER: Okay. Is there like an age limit or anything?

CLINIC: No, there’s not, um-um.

CALLER: Because I’m going to be 14 in March. And that’s still like all right?

CLINIC: That’s not a problem, no problem at all. You just need to make sure that you come here with somebody. It doesn’t have to be a parent. It can be a boyfriend. It can be a friend.

CALLER: So it’s all right if he brings me and everything?

CLINIC: Yes.

CALLER: If it turns out that I’m not pregnant, do you guys do birth control there to?

CLINIC: Um-hmm.

CALLER: And you guys still wouldn’t have to tell my parents or anybody?

CLINIC: No. Nobody could even find out you were here. If your parents would even personally call, we couldn’t get them any information.
